Return and Exchange Policy from Aura Minimal
At Aura Minimal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we’ve created a transparent return and exchange policy to guide you through the process. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below. Before sending any item back, contact our Customer Support Team for detailed instructions.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Right of withdrawal (change of mind)
If you purchased an item from our website and wish to cancel it, you may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and the invoice.
- The return must be sent via postal service to the address provided by our support team.
- The return shipping cost in this case will be covered by Aura Minimal.
Note: Items that do not meet the return conditions will be sent back to the customer without prior notice.
1.2 Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method:
- Credit card: The amount will be refunded within up to two billing cycles, depending on your card issuer.
- Pix or bank slip: The refund will be issued within 10 business days after the return is approved.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Exchange due to manufacturing defect
Aura Minimal offers a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
Procedure for defective item exchange:
- The item must be returned via postal service, following instructions provided by our Customer Support Team.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the invoice and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- The technical analysis may take up to 15 business days after the product is received.
If the defect is confirmed:
You may choose to:
- Receive a new product identical to the one originally purchased, at no additional cost.
- Exchange the item for another available product, paying the price difference if applicable.
- Request a full refund of the amount paid.
If the defect is not confirmed:
The product will be returned to the customer along with a technical report, and no replacement will be issued.
Common reasons for exchange denial:
- No defect or problem found.
- Improper use or damage caused by the customer.
- Signs of natural wear or misuse (e.g., improper washing).
2.2 Exchange due to size or color selection
We do not accept exchanges based on incorrect size or color selection. Product measurements are clearly listed on our website to help customers choose the right size before purchase.
Note: There is no legal obligation to accept exchanges based on dissatisfaction with size, color, or model preferences.
3. Order cancellation by Aura Minimal
Aura Minimal may cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Payment failure or inability to charge the credit card.
- Invalid or inconsistent customer registration details.
- Product unavailability in our inventory.
3.1 Refund in case of cancellation
If the order is cancelled by Aura Minimal, the full amount will be refunded via the same payment method used at checkout.
Refunds apply in the following situations:
- Delivery failure due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Out-of-stock product, in which case the customer may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
